Premier Developing Services, Inc. worked on a full floor tenant improvement in a high rise building converting multiple suites into one suite. Work involved updating the existing restrooms for that floor, implementing ADA compliance, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler upgrades, demo offices to convert to large open space workstations with new acoustical ceiling, paint, flooring. The main hallways of the suite were concrete polished. The break room had new sinks and faucets, casework and finished millwork with stone countertops. To accentuate the break room, unique lighting fixtures were selected.
