Details

Premier Developing Services, Inc. was brought in to bring offsite utilities to the property. In addition, Premier Developing Services, Inc. was also contracted to fabricate and install all handrails and guardrails on the property. Handrails were fabricated to be installed on first floor area of the building and Guardrails were fabricated to be installed on floor levels, balconies and roof. Premier Developing Services, Inc. was also in charge of fabricating (3) canopies on the retail level of the building.
